How to Make Seat Cushions for Outdoor Chairs

Outdoor fabric
Foam
Zipper

Instructions:

1. Measure the seat of your chair and cut two pieces of fabric to that size. Add 2 inches to the width and height of the fabric for seam allowances.

2. Cut a piece of foam to the same size as the fabric pieces. The thickness of the foam will depend on how firm you want the cushions to be.

3. Place the foam between the two pieces of fabric and secure them together with pins. Sew around the edges of the fabric, leaving a 6-inch opening for the zipper.

4. Insert the zipper into the opening and sew it in place. Topstitch around the edges of the cushion to secure the zipper.
